Zhao Liuqing of the Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Egypt inspects the TEDA Cooperation Zone

Recently, Zhao Liuqing, the Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Egypt, and his entourage inspected the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (TEDA Cooperation Zone for short). Wei Jianqing, deputy general manager of China-Africa TEDA, Xu Qifeng, executive director of Egypt TEDA Investment Company, and Cao Hui, executive director of Egypt TEDA Special Zone Development Company, accompanied and warmly received Zhao Liuqing.

Zhao Liuqing and his party first came to the TEDA history exhibition hall on the first floor of the comprehensive supporting service center of the TEDA cooperation zone. In the exhibition hall, Zhao Gongshen listened in detail to the report on the development process and current situation of TEDA cooperation zone. Wei Jianqing introduced in detail the various development achievements since the large-scale construction of the TEDA Cooperation Zone in 2008, and the outstanding performance of the park in infrastructure construction and development, park investment promotion, park operation and management, and park light assets.

After listening to the report, Zhao Liuqing spoke highly of the development of the TEDA cooperation zone. He pointed out that the TEDA Cooperation Zone, as an important project in China's overseas parks along the "Belt and Road", has built a good platform for Chinese companies to invest in Egypt. At the same time, it has helped the development of local industrialization in Egypt and promoted employment. Play an important role. The Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Chinese Embassy in Egypt will continue to support the development of the TEDA Cooperation Zone.

During the inspection, Zhao Liuqing also attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the new casting pipes of enterprises entering the TEDA Cooperation Zone. Xinxing cast pipe is an enterprise with important influence in steel and related fields. The settlement in TEDA cooperation zone will inject new vitality into the park. At the groundbreaking ceremony, Zhao Gong participated in the representatives of Xinxing casting pipe to lay the foundation for the project, marking the official start of the project construction.
 

Speaking at the ceremony, Zhao Gongshen welcomed the selection of TEDA cooperation zone for Xinxing casting pipe and looked forward to the smooth progress of the project. He pointed out that the entry of Xinxing cast pipes will not only help enhance the overall strength of the park, but also bring new opportunities for economic and trade cooperation between China and Egypt. Zhao Gongshen hopes that more Chinese companies can use the platform of the TEDA Cooperation Zone to go abroad and achieve greater success in the international market.

Zhao Liuqing's visit to the TEDA cooperation zone has injected new impetus into the future development of the park. Under the guidance of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Egypt, the TEDA Cooperation Zone will continue to actively introduce high-quality projects and enterprises, promote the high-quality development of the park, and, as always, provide high-quality services and support for the settled enterprises, so as to help enterprises achieve success in the Egyptian market.
