Sowing Youth Along the Red Sea Coast, Safeguarding Maritime Ventures with Warmth—A Tribute to Song Caicen, an Outstanding Communist Party Member of Tianjin and Assistant General Manager of Sino‑Africa TEDA.

Egypt unveils an implementation roadmap for its industrial strategy, identifying seven priority sectors for development.
The strategy aims to boost Egypt’s non-oil exports to US$100 billion by 2030 by establishing a comprehensive industrial framework. It was jointly developed by the Egyptian government and the private sector, including the Federation of Industries, the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, and the Export Councils.
In collaboration with the Red Sea Container Terminal, the TEDA Cooperation Zone is further accelerating its integrated “port‑industry‑city” development.
Given their geographically proximate locations and highly complementary business profiles, the two parties will, following the signing of this agreement, forge an even closer collaborative relationship. This will effectively integrate the entire “port–industrial park–market” value chain, accelerate the flow of industrial, trade, and logistics resources within the Yinsuhana region and the TEDA Cooperation Zone, further enhance regional supply-chain efficiency, and inject new momentum into local economic development and job creation.
The TEDA Cooperation Zone Successfully Conducted an Emergency Rescue Drill.
During the exercise, all participants demonstrated clear division of responsibilities, swift responses, and close coordination, successfully completing such scenarios as ventilation and gas detection in confined spaces, personnel rescue, casualty transport, and on-site emergency response. The exercise thus achieved its intended objectives of validating the emergency plan, strengthening the response team, and enhancing overall capabilities.

The first project in the extension of the TEDA Cooperation Zone has been finalized: the official groundbreaking ceremony for Langma Tire’s Egyptian factory was held.
The Egyptian factory represents a pivotal step in the company’s global expansion strategy. Drawing extensively on the construction and operational expertise gained from its overseas facility in Pakistan, the company will introduce cutting-edge production technologies and manufacturing principles to Egypt, while also leveraging the advantages of a localized supply chain to fully realize its vision of “rooted in Egypt, serving Africa, and reaching out to the world.”
