TEDA Cooperation Zone Attend Egypt-China Investment and Trade Expo

From October 24 to 26, 2017, the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone participated in the Egypt-China Investment and Trade Expo and the "Belt and Road" China-Egypt Capacity Cooperation and RMB Exchange Cooperation Forum held in Hall 4 of the Cairo Convention and Exhibition Center.

In the three-day exhibition, as a project promoted by the heads of state of China and Egypt and a model of production capacity cooperation between China and Egypt, the booth of the TEDA Cooperation Zone became a beautiful landscape and attracted the attention of many guests.

Liu Yi, Executive Director of Egypt TEDA, Yuan Jiying, Management Director, Cao Hui, Investment Promotion Manager, Mohamed Nagy, Deputy Brand Promotion Manager, and Ahmed Soliman, Investment Promotion Director of Expansion Zone, highlighted the TEDA Cooperation Zone to the participants at the forum.

Han Bing Gongshen of the Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Egypt, Mona, Chairman of the Egyptian General Administration of Investment, and leaders of relevant parties attended the expo and cut the ribbon for the opening ceremony.

The Expo is jointly sponsored by the Egyptian Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the Middle East Branch of Xinhua News Agency, the Egyptian China Trade Center, the Egyptian China Friendship Association, the Egyptian Pyramid newspaper Group, the Egyptian Cairo Chamber of Commerce and the Cairo Representative Office of the China Development Bank.

The exhibition covers the investment and construction of Egypt's new administrative capital, investment and construction of development zones and industrial parks, oil and gas exploration and development and equipment manufacturing, automobile and automobile assembly, power and new energy equipment manufacturing, building materials and new materials manufacturing, textiles and clothing, household furniture, Consumer electronics manufacturing, communication and information technology services, real estate development, tourism facilities construction, engineering and engineering contracting, etc.

76 enterprises and organizations from China and Egypt participated in the exhibition, and more than 200 people participated in the Expo.
