Recently, a leading international business media platform announced good news: the Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone between China and Egypt (Teda Cooperation Zone) has been awarded the “Egypt’s Best Industrial Developer of 2025” prize by an international business magazine in its latest ranking. This marks the fourth time that the Teda Cooperation Zone has received this honor, underscoring the continued high recognition from international professional institutions for its outstanding development and operational model as well as its remarkable achievements in sustainable development.

In its selection process, the International Business Magazine noted that this award is intended to recognize benchmark development projects that have made outstanding contributions to their host countries’ industrialization processes, economic and social development, and that also demonstrate innovation and sustainability. For many years in a row, the TEDA Cooperation Zone has consistently stood out, underscoring its undisputed leading role as a flagship project of China-Egypt capacity cooperation.

This award is the best testament to the Teda Cooperation Zone’s relentless efforts over the past decade and more. Officials from the Cooperation Zone stated that this honor belongs to all Chinese and Egyptian builders and partners who have devoted their heart and soul to the zone’s development.
