The project will mainly undertake the collection, distribution, storage, transshipment, and customs clearance of goods for Chinese and other foreign enterprises.
The construction of Ted Royal Logistics in the Ted Cooperation Zone demonstrates the company's long-term strategic planning and full confidence in Egypt's future development. This move is also of great significance for the development of commercial real estate in the Ted Cooperation Zone, further improving the role of the international trade logistics hub for cross-border goods distribution center between China and Egypt, thereby promoting the economic development of the entire Suez Canal Economic Zone.

As the most important component of the Suez Canal Economic Zone, the Ted Cooperation Zone has outstanding advantages such as proximity to Suhana Port, convenient transportation, and complete supporting facilities, making it a "must-occupy place" for many logistics companies. Moreover, the Ted Cooperation Zone has been continuously promoting park upgrades and infrastructure improvements, providing a continuously optimized development environment for the growth of logistics companies. In the future, the Ted Cooperation Zone will fully utilize its special status of "bonded area outside the customs" and bonded policies to open up cooperation paths for Chinese enterprises' "product pre-positioning," and attempt to build a trade self-circulation system between the eastern coastal ports of China and the Ted Cooperation Zone through "port area linkage," exploring the deep development of the industrial chain for Chinese enterprises' overseas layout to improve "Chinese standards" and "capacity output," providing trade pioneering experience and models for many domestic and foreign enterprises going global.
