New Year Celebration Announcement | Zhongliang Supply Chain and Egypt-China Logistics "Join Forces" in the TEDA Cooperation Zone

On January 24, Zhongliang Supply Chain Co., Ltd. and Egypt China Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongliang Supply Chain and Egypt Logistics") signed a land contract for a self-use bonded warehouse project with the Egypt TEDA Special Zone Development Company, which means that the logistics land section of the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as "TEDA Cooperation Zone") has added a new member. Cao Hui, Executive Director of the Egypt TEDA Special Zone Development Company, and Li Jian, Manager of the Commercial Real Estate Department, attended the ceremony.
The signed project is intended for the storage and re-export of textile raw materials, electromechanical and machinery, hardware materials, and building materials. Previously, the project team had carried out related business in Egypt. Based on considerations of expanding scale and enhancing market competitiveness, the team conducted extensive investigations and selections, ultimately determining that the two self-use bonded warehouse plots in the TEDA Cooperation Zone best meet their business needs. In addition, the unique hardware and software support, industrial clustering, and convenient transportation of the TEDA Cooperation Zone, along with the preferential policies of the Egypt Suez Canal Economic Zone, empowered Zhongliang Supply Chain and Egypt Logistics to choose to invest and develop here.
At the beginning of the New Year 2025, multiple projects have already signed contracts to settle in the TEDA Cooperation Zone. With the increase in the number of enterprises and the expansion of industrial scale, the agglomeration effect of logistics land in the TEDA Cooperation Zone will further enhance, opening new channels for promoting China-Egypt and China-Africa trade cooperation and making new contributions.
