New Year Celebration Announcement | The Akinstay Bonded Warehouse Project Settles in the TEDA Cooperation Zone

On January 24, Akinstai Industrial and Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Akinstai") officially signed a land contract for a self-use bonded warehouse project with the Egypt TEDA Special Zone Development Company in the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as "TEDA Cooperation Zone"). The Executive Director of the Egypt TEDA Special Zone Development Company, Cao Hui, and the Manager of the Commercial Real Estate Department, Li Jian, attended the ceremony.
Akinstai plans to use the logistics land purchased for the import, storage, and re-export of machinery, electromechanical products, and building materials. The project leader stated that the uncertainty in the global investment environment has increased; however, Egypt's huge market demand, the excellent geographical location of the TEDA Cooperation Zone, and the favorable policy advantages of the logistics land attracted them to ultimately choose to settle in the TEDA Cooperation Zone.
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of Egypt's overall business environment, investment projects in the Suez Canal Economic Zone have experienced explosive growth. The logistics land in the TEDA Cooperation Zone, with its unique advantages, has been receiving increasing attention. As a result, more and more Chinese enterprises are choosing to develop public bonded warehouses and self-use bonded warehouse projects in the TEDA Cooperation Zone, contributing to the establishment of a distribution center for Chinese goods.
