China-Africa TEDA Invited to Attend Seminar on Building "the belt and road initiative" Green Typical Project

From October 21 to 22, a seminar on the typical green project of jointly building "Belt and Road Initiative" organized by the Belt and Road Initiative Construction Promotion Center of the National Development and Reform Commission was held in Lianyungang City.
As a typical case of "Belt and Road Initiative" international cooperation, China-Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China-Africa TEDA") was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech.

At the meeting, Zhang Zhixiang, assistant to the general manager of China-Africa TEDA, introduced in detail the construction and investment promotion results of the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "TEDA Cooperation Zone"), and shared the green development experience of the cooperation zone. The achievements of TEDA cooperation zone in promoting green infrastructure construction and optimizing green industry investment have won the recognition of the participants.
The theme of this seminar focuses on the green "the belt and road initiative" and focuses on seven typical green projects, including the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, Kazakhstan's Zanatas Wind Power Station, Pakistan's Punjab Photovoltaic Power Station, Ghana's Special Code New Container Terminal Project, Lianyungang's New Asia-Europe Land-Sea Intermodal Transport Benchmarking Project, China-Arab (United Arab Emirates) Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park, and Iraq's Halfaya Oil Field. In the exchange and comment session, Mr. An Zhengyi, Counselor of the Consul General of Egypt in Shanghai, expressed his appreciation for the contribution of the TEDA Cooperation Zone in China-Egypt economic and trade cooperation and exchanges.

This meeting was hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission's Belt and Road Construction Promotion Center, undertaken by the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Lianyungang Municipal Government, Su Wei, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Development and Reform Commission, Guo Xuejun, Deputy Director of the Department of International Economics of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and National Development and Reform Zhai Dongsheng, director of the Belt and Road Construction Promotion Center of the Commission, and Wang Xiandong, deputy director of the Provincial Development and, city leaders Ma Siguang, Yang Xinzhong, etc., as well as about 100 people from 19 embassies and consulates in China, 3 international organizations in China, multinational companies, international non-governmental organizations, China's "going global" key enterprises, financial institutions, university think tanks, etc. People attended the meeting.
