On December 2, 2019, Royal Company and Egypt TEDA Special Zone Development Company (hereinafter referred to as "Special Zone Development Company") held a signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement on the operation and management of bonded warehouses in the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as "TEDA Cooperation Zone") at the headquarters of Amiral Group. Ms. Lina, Vice Chairman of Amiral Group, and Mr. Li Daixin, Executive Director of SAR Development Corporation, signed the agreement on behalf of the company.
This cooperation is a manifestation of the TEDA Cooperation Zone's adherence to the principle of "extensive consultation, sharing and co-construction". By introducing an Egyptian logistics company that understands the local market to fully host the bonded warehouse operation, making full use of the resource advantages of both parties, it will be bonded for more customers. Warehousing needs provide good platform operating conditions. As a well-known local logistics operator in Egypt, Royal Company will cooperate deeply with the Special Zone Development Company by participating in the preliminary equipment investment to provide all-round operation from logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, bonded warehouse management and value-added services.
In order to further improve customer satisfaction, Amiral Group, together with the Egyptian Ministry of Finance and the Egyptian General Administration of Customs, jointly built the MTS customs logistics system and settled it in the comprehensive service building of the TEDA Cooperation Zone to provide customers with fast and effective one-stop services, which will effectively improve regional business support services, promote the development of regional logistics services and effectively promote the investment promotion of the cooperation zone.
At present, the bonded storage infrastructure and related supporting facilities in the TEDA Cooperation Zone are under construction.
