TEDA Cooperation Zone Successfully Held Pan-Ocean Textile Land Transfer Ceremony
On November 20, 2019, the land transfer ceremony of the Egyptian Pan-Ocean Textile Project (hereinafter referred to as "Pan-Ocean Textile") was solemnly held in the conference room of the TEDA Cooperation Zone. Wang Hongxiang, general manager of Pan-Ocean Textile, and Li Daixin, executive director of the Egyptian TEDA Special Zone Development Company, signed and confirmed on behalf of both parties, marking the official start of the project.
The Pan-Ocean Textile Project covers an area of 53000 square meters and has a planned total investment of US $30 million. It is mainly used in the production, processing and sales of woven, knitted textiles, textile printing and dyeing, non-woven fabrics, chemical fiber cotton, clothing, bedding, home textile products, textile raw materials, accessories and other products. The first phase of the project is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2020. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 40 million US dollars and solve more than 500 local jobs. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Wang Hongxiang, general manager of Pan-Ocean Textile, highly appreciated the "one-stop" service of TEDA Cooperation Zone. He said that the rapid construction of this project is inseparable from the professional and meticulous services provided by the TEDA Cooperation Zone. From the early market research to the later operation of the enterprise, as well as various supporting facilities in daily life, the TEDA cooperation zone accompanied the whole process, effectively speeding up the investment pace of the project.
