On March 16, Egyptian Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli inspected Jushi Egypt Company, an enterprise in the Sino-Egyptian TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone. Wu Ping, general manager of Jushi Egypt Company, warmly received and reported the production and operation.
Wu Ping unveiled a 120000-ton glass fiber production line in the presence of Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli.
During the visit, Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli learned in detail about the operating results and glass fiber manufacturing process of Jushi Egypt Company in recent years.
2023 is the tenth anniversary of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the eleventh year of the establishment of Jushi Egypt. Over the past 11 years, Jushi Egypt has adhered to its original mission from investing in and building factories to benefiting one side, based on local talents, integrating culture and gathering people's hearts, and taking responsibility for green management for development and win-win cooperation. At present, Jushi Egypt has more than 2000 employees and the localization rate exceeds 98%. Jushi Egypt's latest 120000-ton glass fiber tank kiln wire drawing production line innovatively applies advanced production technologies such as super-large tank kiln, intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, bringing Jushi Egypt's total output to 320000 tons, making Egypt the fourth largest glass fiber producer and trading country in the world, driving the upstream and downstream industrial chains in the surrounding areas to flourish and contributing to Egypt's economic development. At present, Jushi Egypt has become a model for Chinese companies to "go global", and is setting a new benchmark for Chinese companies' overseas industries with a sailing attitude.
Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli fully affirmed the pace of development of Megalith Egypt. He said that only four years after the last visit, Jushi Egypt has successfully built a large-scale new production line, which shows that Jushi Egypt has strong strength and perfect internal management system. While Jushi continued to expand its investment in Egypt, it also created a large number of employment opportunities for Egyptian society and made great progress in the Egyptian manufacturing industry. While the supply of Jushi Egypt's products meets the local demand of Egypt, the sale to the European and American markets also promotes the foreign exchange income of Egypt.
Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli is very concerned about front-line staff. In the wire drawing workshop, he kindly asked the wire drawing worker Hassan Khalifa about his work and life here. Hassan Khalifa proudly said: "I have been working in the Egyptian company for a year, and I am very happy to come to work in boulder. There are not only beautiful accommodation, but also authentic Egyptian chefs cooking delicious meals, free shuttle buses, gymnasiums, table tennis rooms and other sports venues. The most satisfying thing here is that even after work, there will be a rich life. The humanized management makes every employee like it very much. Working in Jushi not only pays well, but also enriches one's spiritual and cultural life!"
Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli praised Jushi Egypt. He pointed out that the completion and commissioning of the new project not only brought income to Egypt, but also further strengthened China-Egypt economic cooperation and promoted trade exchanges between the two countries. Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli hopes that Jushi will have full confidence in Egypt, increase investment, and make greater contributions to the sustainable development of the Egyptian economy.
In the future, Jushi Egypt will continue to give full play to the main advantages of the chain, strengthen the innovative mode of localized management, continue to fulfill its overseas social responsibility, promote the development of overseas glass fiber industry, and contribute to the construction of high-quality glass fiber overseas industrial clusters.
