On March 9, Egypt's E.G.K Marine Service and Forwarding Company (EGK) signed a land transfer contract with Egypt's TEDA Special Zone Development Company to purchase more than 5000 square meters of land in the TEDA Cooperation Zone expansion area for business expansion.
In fact, this is the second time that EGK has sat at the signing table of TEDA Cooperation Zone-on February 8, 2023, EGK purchased 5175 square meters of land (portal) in the expansion area of TEDA Cooperation Zone by paying the full amount in one lump sum. Just one month later, EGK's investment scale "visible to the naked eye" doubled. As a successful Egyptian enterprise that has developed in Egypt for many years, EGK's full confidence in investing in the TEDA Cooperation Zone is reflected in both the full payment for the first land purchase and the quick and decisive double land purchase.
EGK's main business is to engage in shipping services, logistics services, international freight forwarding and container leasing in Port said. Based on the recognition of the current situation of the second-hand automobile industry in TEDA Cooperation Zone and the prediction of the policy orientation of Egypt's second-hand automobile industry, EGK's project has been expanded and settled, which not only substantially consolidates and promotes the gathering of the second-hand automobile industry in TEDA Cooperation Zone, but also means that TEDA Cooperation Zone has become the first choice for investment and home purchase in Egypt.
