China Construction International Curtain Wall Processing Factory (Egypt) Project Foundation Laying Ceremony Held Successfully

A few days ago, the China State Construction International Curtain Wall Processing Factory (Egypt) project undertaken by China State Construction Egypt Branch held a groundbreaking ceremony in the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (TEDA Cooperation Zone). Chang Weicai, General Manager of China Construction Egypt Branch, Wang Zhi, Executive General Manager, Chen Wei, Deputy General Manager, and Zhu Zhenwei, General Manager of China Construction International Curtain Wall (Egypt) Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony site, Chang Weicai delivered a speech and announced the official start of the curtain wall factory project. I wish the curtain wall factory a smooth construction and production, and also wish China Construction International Curtain Wall (Egypt) Co., Ltd. a smooth development in the Egyptian market.
Zhu Zhenwei delivered a speech to express his gratitude to the leading guests present. He pointed out that with the care and support of Egypt's Suez Special Economic Region Government and China Construction Egypt Branch, the curtain wall processing plant project has started smoothly. He believes that China Construction will continue to use its brand and resource advantages in Egypt to ensure high-quality project performance.
Later, Chang Weicai, Zhu Zhenwei and Bai Yubing, general manager of China Construction Steel Structure North Africa Company, visited Liu Aimin, chairman of China-Africa TEDA, the main operator of the TEDA cooperation zone. The two sides had a communication on how to strengthen cooperation in the Egyptian market in the next step.
The project is located in the expansion area of TEDA cooperation zone, with a construction area of 27000 square meters, contracted by China Construction Egypt Branch. The planned construction period of the project is 165 days and is expected to be completed and put into operation in October this year. After the completion of the curtain wall processing plant, it will be divided into four sections: scattered parts corner area, door and window assembly area, glass sub-frame assembly area and aluminum plate assembly area. It is estimated that 67 sets of large-scale processing equipment will be put into operation, and the total amount of steel shelves is estimated to be 221 tons. It will be equipped with 2 production lines and 131 managers and technical workers to complete the processing of aluminum alloy doors and windows, frame curtain walls, unit curtain walls, aluminum alloy curtain walls, aluminum alloy curtain walls, aluminum alloy curtain walls, aluminum curtain walls, aluminum curtain walls, the maximum annual capacity of up to 150000 square meters.
The curtain wall processing plant adopts international brand equipment and mature processing technology. The main operation team comes from China's mature curtain wall processing enterprises, which can greatly guarantee the technical quality of equipment maintenance, industrial chain product sales and service technology. At the same time, the processing plant will adopt high-efficiency, low-energy production mode and advanced metal waste residue, waste water, fire control and other prevention and control measures, adhere to green production, and contribute technical strength to the construction of "Belt and Road Initiative. The curtain wall processing plant will provide performance guarantee for projects such as Alamein New City in Egypt, and continue to explore the markets of other Chinese-funded enterprises in Egypt and neighboring countries, and "hand in hand" with Chinese-funded enterprises to build and share a win-win situation.
