Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Visits TEDA Cooperation Zone

Recently, Professor Li Peipei from the Research Institute of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications visited the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (TEDA Cooperation Zone for short). Mr. Xu Qifeng, Executive Director of TEDA Investment Company of Egypt, warmly received Professor Li and his party and introduced in detail the development process and current situation of TEDA cooperation zone. This visit not only deepened the understanding of both parties, but also exchanged and discussed the future school-enterprise cooperation and the development of digital intelligence in the park.
When talking about the development of digital intelligence in the park, Professor Li Peipei shared her insights. She said that with the rapid development of the global digital economy, the digitization and intelligence of industrial parks have become the general trend. Through the introduction of digital intelligence technology, TEDA cooperation zone is committed to the improvement of intelligent management, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent logistics and other aspects, so as to improve the overall operational efficiency and competitiveness of the park.
Director Xu Qifeng agreed with this. He said that the TEDA Cooperation Zone is actively exploring the construction of a smart park, and improving the comprehensive management capabilities of the park through big data analysis and Internet of Things technology. In order to further promote the transformation and upgrading of digital intelligence, the TEDA Cooperation Zone is cooperating with a number of high-tech enterprises and plans to build a series of intelligent projects to meet the growing information needs of enterprises in the park. Xu Qifeng emphasized that the TEDA Cooperation Zone will continue to increase investment in the construction of information infrastructure, and strive to build a fully digital and intelligent modern park.
During the visit, the two sides also had in-depth exchanges on overseas cooperation between schools and enterprises, education and training of talents in the park. Professor Li Peipei said that Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications has rich experience and resources in information technology education and scientific research, which can provide strong technical support and talent guarantee for the TEDA cooperation zone. She suggested that through the development of school-enterprise cooperation projects, the two parties can jointly cultivate high-quality talents that meet the needs of the park.
Director Xu Qifeng agreed with this and introduced the measures of TEDA cooperation zone in personnel training. He mentioned that the cooperation zone attaches great importance to talent training and hopes to establish cooperation with universities and vocational colleges, establish a sound talent training system, and cultivate more outstanding talents with international vision and professional skills.
During this visit, the two sides also combined with the "China-Arab University 10 10 Cooperation Plan" to discuss in depth the cooperation model of universities, enterprises and the park using the TEDA Cooperation Zone as a platform. Director Xu Qifeng said that the TEDA Cooperation Zone will actively respond to this plan, build a bridge between universities and enterprises, and promote more innovative cooperation.
