China-Africa TEDA Visits Jiangsu Haitou to Conspire Cooperation in Overseas Parks

On September 11, Wang Xingchun, a first-class researcher of Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Liu Aimin, chairman of China Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd., and Cao Hui, director of investment promotion, visited Jiangsu Haitou. The two sides held talks on cooperation in overseas parks. Zheng Yimin, deputy general manager of Zhongjiang International Group and chairman of Jiangsu Haitou Company, Zou Yonggang, general manager of Jiangsu Haitou Company, and Bao Changhong, deputy secretary of the party branch, participated in the exchange.

Chairman Liu Aimin introduced the recent measures taken by the TEDA Cooperation Zone for "strategic upgrading", including the establishment of offices in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, and special promotion meetings. He said that the development of overseas parks in the next three years is expected to usher in an important window period. We hope to strengthen cooperation with Jiangsu Haitou Company, exchange experience regularly, integrate resources from all parties to jointly build an investment platform, and promote the construction of overseas parks to form a good situation of benign interaction, mutual benefit and win-win results. Wang Xingchun, a first-level researcher of the Foreign Economic Department of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, conducted an in-depth investigation on the construction and development of the Sino-Arab (United Arab Emirates) production capacity cooperation demonstration park.

Chairman Zheng Yimin highly appreciated the development results achieved by the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone. She said that the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone was established earlier and is a benchmark project for the construction of Chinese overseas parks. It has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in construction and development, which is worth learning from Jiangsu Haitou. It is hoped that the two sides will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, jointly build a good platform for overseas parks, and actively serve domestic "going out" enterprises.

Later, General Manager Zou Yong introduced the preliminary work and stage results of Jiangsu Haitou Digital Platform. He said that TEDA's development ideas and business layout are highly compatible with Jiangsu Haitou, and the cooperation prospects between the two parties are very good.

During the meeting, the two sides reached a preliminary cooperation intention and exchanged views on specific cooperation matters.
