On December 8, 2017, the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (TEDA Cooperation Zone) Investment Promotion Conference (Weifang Station) was successfully held in Weifang City, Shandong Province. The promotion meeting was hosted by Tianjin Municipal Commission of Commerce and Weifang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and co-organized by China-Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as China-Africa TEDA). The conference attracted many well-known enterprises in Weifang.

As a national-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone, TEDA Cooperation Zone has always been committed to building a high-quality overseas investment cooperation platform. The purpose of this promotion meeting is to respond to the national "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative, help enterprises fully understand the investment environment and investment advantages of the cooperation zone in Egypt, and help enterprises "go out". At the meeting, China-Africa TEDA demonstrated to the participating companies the investment environment, industrial policies, advantageous policies and other aspects of the cooperation zone, guiding local interested companies to invest and develop in the cooperation zone, and promoting the transfer of domestic superior production capacity to Egypt.

Chen, the host of the promotion meeting and section chief of Weifang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, first introduced the relevant leaders and enterprises attending the meeting. Subsequently, from the perspective of enterprise investment, combined with the development history of the cooperation zone, the representatives of China-Africa TEDA introduced the development and construction, investment promotion results, the future development direction and planning of the park, and fully demonstrated the investment advantages of the TEDA cooperation zone. Director Wang Xingchun of the International Relations Department of Tianjin Commerce Commission also made a supplementary announcement to the interested enterprises on the general situation of "going out" of Chinese enterprises along the belt and road initiative, the policy guarantee of the TEDA cooperation zone, the two major supports, the advantages of all parties and investment suggestions.

In the question-and-answer interactive session, the participating enterprises consulted on a series of questions such as preferential tax policies in the TEDA Cooperation Zone, the development prospects of textile enterprises in Egypt, preferential policies for production and product export in Egypt, and TEDA representatives answered them in detail one by one.

The atmosphere of the promotion was relaxed and harmonious, and the participating enterprises responded enthusiastically. After the meeting, China-Africa TEDA held cooperation talks with Weifang Jiayijia Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Weifang Lianqing Cooling and Heating Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Weifang Huatai Security Service Co., Ltd. and other key enterprises.

The promotion meeting was successfully concluded at 12: 00 a.m. on the same day.
