On September 23, Egypt Leichu Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. (referred to as Egypt Leichu) and Egypt TEDA Special Zone Development Company (referred to as Special Zone Development Company) held the "Blue-collar Apartment Project Pre-lease Signing Ceremony". Wei Jianqing, executive director of the Special Administrative Region Development Company, and Wang Hongxiang, chairman of the board of directors of Lei Chu of Egypt, signed the contract at the ceremony on behalf of both parties. Leaders of relevant departments of the Special Administrative Region Development Company attended the ceremony.
Mr. Wang Hongxiang expressed his gratitude to the TEDA Cooperation Zone for its strong support to Egypt's Leichu. The blue-collar apartment project in the TEDA Cooperation Zone has practically helped Egyptian workers solve the "biggest problem" in their lives, thus stabilizing the workforce in Leichu, Egypt, and making a great contribution to the stable development of the Leichu Egypt project.
Since the first phase of the Leichu Egypt Textile Project was settled in the TEDA Cooperation Zone in 2018, it has developed rapidly, from the production and processing of main raw materials to the integration of product production, processing and sales. Behind the rapid growth of Leichu Company's choice to settle in the TEDA Cooperation Zone, it is the company's Zhuo Yuan vision to accurately grasp the pulse of the development of the times, and it is also assisted by the "one-stop" comprehensive service provided by the TEDA Cooperation Zone.

The blue-collar apartment project in the TEDA Cooperation Zone will be developed in two phases. The first phase will start the construction of a three-story residential building for employees. It is expected to open 86 houses.
