China-Africa TEDA Invited to Qingdao Jiaozhou Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone for Exchange and Discussion
On March 23, 2021, China-Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China-Africa TEDA") was invited to Qingdao Jiaozhou China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone") exchange visit.

Liu Aimin, chairman of China-Africa TEDA, and his entourage first went to the Qingdao Branch of the China Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as "China Development Bank") and met with Li Yang, vice president of the Qingdao Branch, and Chen Ketao, director of the International Department. Subsequently, China-Africa TEDA and China Development Bank went to the Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone to visit and exchange.

Kuang Liang, Vice Minister of Finance and Finance of the Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone, received Chairman Liu Aimin and Director Chen Ke Tao to visit the Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone Planning Exhibition Hall to learn about the background, functional orientation, planning and design and development process of the park.

Subsequently, the three parties held an exchange forum at the Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone Management Committee. Hao Guoxin, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone, Lin Changhua, Deputy Director of the Post, Kuang Liang, Deputy Minister of Finance and Finance, and personnel from the Two-way Investment Department, International Logistics Department, Modern Trade Department, Marine Cooperation Department, Economic Development Department and other departments attended the meeting. Deputy Director Hao Guoxin welcomed China-Africa TEDA and China Development Bank and his delegation, and hoped that China-Africa TEDA would share its experience and model in the development of overseas industrial parks and help the Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone to provide suggestions for overseas linkage. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the development status of overseas industrial parks, the problems and challenges encountered in the development process, and the development model and experience of overseas parks. Combined with the strategic positioning of the "Belt and Road Initiative New Highland" given by the state to the Shanghai Cooperation demonstration Zone, the two sides jointly discussed how to realize the exchange of logistics, trade, industry, culture and other aspects at home and abroad through the "two-zone linkage" between the Shanghai Cooperation demonstration Zone and the TEDA Cooperation Zone, and reached a consensus on this promotion model.
