On June 9, Liu Aimin, chairman of China-Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: China-Africa TEDA), led a team to Beijing to pay a return visit to the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical products (hereinafter referred to as: Mechanical and Electrical Chamber of Commerce). Shi Yonghong, vice president of the Mechanical and Electrical Chamber of Commerce, Sheng Guofei, director of the Investment Promotion Department, Zhong Junwei, deputy director of the Industry Development Department, Zhang Sen, and others warmly received China-Africa TEDA and his party, and the two sides organized exchange symposiums to conduct in-depth discussions on cooperation with the CICA Conference, the Egyptian Mechanical and Electrical Trade platform, the China-Africa Expo, and the Beijing Service Trade Association.

On the 4th of this month, Director Sheng Guofei of the Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce visited China-Africa TEDA for an exchange discussion. Director Sheng Guofei introduced the recent development of the Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce and the organization of the CICA Conference. He also invited China-Africa TEDA to participate in the work of the CICA Industrialists Committee, focusing on docking the industrial parks of CICA's 27 member countries. China-Africa TEDA warmly received Director Sheng Guofei and said that it would actively cooperate with the relevant work of the Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce. The meeting laid a good foundation for cooperation between the two sides. This time China-Africa TEDA paid a return visit to the Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce. The two sides continued to deepen exchanges and discuss in depth the content of cooperation.

At the beginning of the meeting, President Shi Yonghong introduced the overall development of the Chamber of Commerce of Electrical and Mechanical Services and its recent work arrangements, and highlighted matters related to the organization of the CICA Conference. President Shi Yonghong said that the industrial park, as an important carrier to promote regional economic development, is an important entry point to promote economic and trade cooperation among CICA member states. As a representative project of China's overseas industrial parks, TEDA Cooperation Zone hopes that China-Africa TEDA can serve as a representative of China's overseas parks and join the CICA Industrialists Committee to undertake relevant tasks such as sharing experience in park development models and promoting the establishment of cooperation mechanisms between industrial parks. In addition, President Shi Yonghong introduced the relevant activities that the Mechanical and Electrical Chamber of Commerce will focus on in the second half of the year, such as the work arrangements of the China-Arab Expo, China-Africa Expo, Beijing Garment Trade Expo and other exhibitions and forums, and invited China-Africa TEDA to participate as a representative enterprise of overseas industrial parks.

Later, Director Sheng Guofei introduced in detail the organization of the CICA Conference, the CICA Industrialists Committee and the next step of work on the contents mentioned by President Shi Yonghong. Director Sheng Guofei once again stressed the importance of industrial parks in transnational economic and trade cooperation. He said that economic and trade cooperation is the most compatible area among CICA member states, and the establishment of an industrial park cooperation mechanism will help the international community recognize and promote the "China model" and "China plan.
