On June 17, the 2021 Chinese Enterprises Going Global Risk Release Network Conference co-sponsored by Jiangtai International Cooperation Alliance and Jiangtai Global Rescue Alliance was held in Beijing. Cao Hui, head of investment promotion of China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (TEDA Cooperation Zone), was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech.

At the 2021 Global Investment Service Forum, Cao Hui put forward five suggestions to Chinese companies that are about to go global: first, they must have their own clear strategy, and they cannot go out for the sake of going out; second, they must have a talent pool, Including domestic talents and localized talents; third, to achieve market first, companies that successfully go global usually have more than ten years or even longer to lay the foundation before investing and setting up factories abroad; fourth, in order to deeply integrate with the local area, we should "go out" and "go in"; finally, it is suggested that enterprises that are about to go out should choose a high-quality platform.

He said that many years of development experience in the TEDA Cooperation Zone and the practice of many companies have proved that high-quality parks are indeed a better carrier and platform for Chinese companies to "go global". Choosing to settle in high-quality parks is more conducive to companies going out to sea and avoiding risks. As a national-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone, TEDA Cooperation Zone provides high-quality services to enterprises entering the zone and enterprises about to enter the zone after the outbreak of the new crown epidemic by building a platform for policy communication, building a platform for connecting park facilities, setting up a platform for smooth trade, opening up a platform for financing services, and building a platform for people-to-people communication. Although the epidemic brought many difficulties, but TEDA to meet the difficulties, the overall investment in 2020 to achieve good results, the park enterprises to ensure the safe implementation of epidemic prevention work, the full resumption of production, and to achieve the steady progress of the project, and the results of stable growth in sales. Adhering to the concept of "global risk, global release, Chinese perspective and global service", 2021 Chinese enterprises going out risk conference invited more than 30 global risk management experts to release the changing trend of global political and credit risk, war and terrorist risk, technology and intellectual property risk, the global risk map of Chinese enterprises going out, and the global risk guidelines of Chinese enterprises going out. The meeting also invited the commercial counsellors of Mexico, Tanzania and other countries in China to talk to overseas parks and enterprises, so as to provide guidance for enterprises to "go global.
