Under the correct leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, and with the strong support of CITIC Insurance, China Automobile Research and other brother units, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, together with the New District Business Promotion Bureau, the Free Trade Zone Commerce Bureau and other departments, innovated and promoted the second-hand car export business, and achieved a leading position. In April 2019, our city was approved as the first batch of second-hand car export pilot areas in the country. In the past two years, we have established a municipal-level second-hand car export joint conference, took the lead in launching second-hand car export business in the Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone, and jointly issued the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Second-hand Car Exports in Tianjin" to realize the transfer of second-hand cars to export and non-transfer The two modes of off-site verification business have been implemented, and the off-site verification business of transfer to export has become the country's first. In addition, we built an information platform for government services and supervision of second-hand car exports, took the lead in carrying out dynamic adjustment of second-hand car export enterprises, increasing the number of export enterprises to 9, setting up the municipal second-hand car export association and the automobile aftermarket association used car parts export special committee, holding the China (Tianjin) second-hand car export summit forum, establishing the northern second-hand car export industry alliance, promoting the first batch of second-hand car export of the country, Dubai Tianjin used car export exhibition center, export performance continues to lead the country. In the next step, we will take the institutional innovation of the free trade pilot zone as the demonstration and lead, with the construction of an orderly, unified and open second-hand car export supply chain system as the core, and comprehensively build a northern second-hand car export base with the best comprehensive environment.

The TEDA Cooperation Zone is located at the transportation hub of the three continents of Europe, Asia and Africa, close to the Suez Canal. It is a national-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone approved by the Chinese government. After years of construction, the area has become an industrial park with the best comprehensive environment, the largest investment density and the highest unit output in Egypt. In December last year, the TEDA Cooperation Zone obtained a second-hand car import and bonded storage license issued by the Egyptian government, laying a solid foundation for the development of a second-hand car and parts exhibition center.

Today, China-Africa TEDA, China Star North, and China Aid Group have joined forces to give full play to the advantages of the TEDA cooperation zone platform, build an Egyptian exhibition and sales center for used cars and parts, and help our city's used car export enterprises to gain a foothold in Egypt. It is of great significance to further accelerate China-Egypt economic and trade cooperation, promote the internationalization of the RMB, and further promote the construction of the "Belt and Road. It is hoped that with the support of the new area and the pilot free trade zone, more second-hand car export enterprises in our city will be based on important node countries and continue to take root in the target country market through overseas warehouses, overseas operation bases, overseas trade fairs and other modes. promote the export of second-hand cars to achieve new and greater achievements!
