On the occasion of this golden autumn, I am very honored to be able to participate in the "dual zone linkage" between Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone and TEDA Cooperation Zone and the first launch ceremony of China's second-hand car export to Egypt. International automobile trade is a characteristic industry and advantageous industry in the bonded zone. After years of development, we have formed the country's largest parallel imported automobile sales market, and gathered thousands of distribution companies to develop in the zone. Among them, 34 pilot qualified companies have been approved. It accounts for 68% of Tianjin and 19% of the country, making it the region with the most pilot projects in the country. At the same time, China-regulated imported cars are also the key industries in our region to support the development. They have gathered Volkswagen China, Subaru, Zhongjin Auto Trade, Guanghui Automobile, Zhongsheng Automobile, Huaxing North and other general distributors and distributors, forming a certain scale. In 2019, under the leadership and support of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the New District Business Promotion Bureau, we will make use of the advantages of the free trade innovation policy and the location policy advantages of the bonded area to thoroughly implement the central government's decision-making and deployment of "accelerating the construction of a new development pattern with domestic and international double cycles as the main body and promoting each other", and make every effort to promote the development of innovative businesses such as second-hand car exports. We promote the solution of problems related to the export process of second-hand cars, constantly improve the supporting service system of the second-hand car export industry, improve the testing, storage and preparation capabilities of second-hand car exports, organize pilot enterprises to connect with international distribution resources and domestic vehicle source channels, and constantly expand the scale of second-hand car exports.

Today, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone and TEDA Cooperation Zone give full play to their respective advantages and realize "dual-zone linkage", which will further promote China's second-hand car enterprises to open up the African market and radiate the Middle East and European markets. It is hoped that China-Africa TEDA, China Star North and China Aid Group will further open up the market, optimize services and expand their scale to become China's second-hand car export national team, representing our city in the international competition and the world cup, the bonded zone management committee will further increase its support to create a better, high-quality and professional business environment for the development of enterprises in the bonded zone, further promote exchanges and cooperation between enterprises, and achieve a win-win situation for all parties. Finally, China will expand the export scale of second-hand cars, further expand the international distribution channels of second-hand cars, and promote the consumption upgrading of domestic automobile industry.
