TEDA Cooperation Zone Won Excellent Case of Overseas Image Construction of Chinese Enterprises
On the morning of December 3, the 2019 · China Enterprise Overseas Image Summit Forum was held in Beijing. The forum is guided by the State Council Information Office, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, hosted by the China Foreign Affairs Bureau, undertaken by China Report Magazine, co-organized by the Propaganda Department of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, Sinopec and Bank of China as supporting units, and the Contemporary China and World Research Institute as a think tank support unit. Nearly 500 people attended the forum, including leaders of relevant state ministries and commissions, executives of well-known domestic enterprises, experts and scholars in the field of external communication, and journalists from news media.
The theme of this forum is "overseas image construction of enterprises in a higher level of opening up". The results of the selection of excellent cases of overseas image construction of Chinese enterprises in 2019 were announced. The case of "Egyptian Amusement Park in the Desert" submitted by China Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as the special excellent case of "overseas communication innovation" and became one of the six award-winning enterprises in China. Weng Jieming, deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and other leaders delivered speeches at the meeting and presented awards to the winning units.

The collection and selection of excellent cases of overseas image construction of Chinese enterprises in 2019 was jointly organized by the Information Center of the State-owned assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the China report Agency of the China Foreign Affairs Bureau, which lasted for four months and collected a total of 145 effective cases. The event selected "Top Ten Excellent Cases of Overseas Image Construction of Chinese Enterprises in 2019" and "Excellent Social Responsibility", "Cross-cultural Integration" and "Overseas Communication Innovation.

In the afternoon of the same day, the parallel sub-forum of the summit forum-the sharing and exchange meeting of Tianjin enterprises' overseas image construction was held in conference room 5 of friendship palace. Wei Jianqing, deputy general manager of China Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd., was invited to attend and deliver a speech as a representative of the excellent overseas image project of Tianjin enterprises.

Combined with the case of "Egyptian Amusement Park in the Desert", President Wei vividly demonstrated that the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as "TEDA Cooperation Zone") has always taken the overseas image construction of Chinese enterprises as its own responsibility, explored and promoted the overseas practice of building a community with a shared future for mankind, and gave examples to make it a carrier for fulfilling overseas social responsibilities through the construction and operation of "TEDA FUN VALLEY" children's park, to realize localized operation, spread the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, cooperate with the local media, and through the "local language", let the local people witness the sincere actions of Chinese enterprises in Egypt, convey the good stories of Chinese enterprises to more people, make the cultures of the two countries blend with each other, let different cultures collide with different fireworks, and establish a good image of Chinese enterprises in a way that goes deeper into the hearts of the people.

The experience and achievements of the TEDA Cooperation Zone in overseas image dissemination were highly praised by the participating experts, and the representatives of the participating entrepreneurs also expressed their willingness to learn more about the TEDA Cooperation Zone.
