Although the resumption of work was delayed, the production operations of Universiade Egypt were not affected. "Our company currently has 22 Chinese staff, one of whom arrived on January 21 and has completed a 14-day quarantine. The rest are in Egypt before December 2019, with 20 Egyptian staff and 200 frontline staff, and the company is currently operating normally." The head of the Universiade Egypt, Shan Feng, said.
On the one hand, it is a severe epidemic situation, on the other hand, it is operational production, and Universiade Egypt has both hands, both hands are hard. The company actively implements the defense work in strict accordance with the requirements of the Egyptian Embassy and the Economic and Commercial Counseling Office. First of all, the company arranges a video conference at least once a week to convey the requirements of the Chinese and Egyptian governments at all levels to the Chinese and Egyptian employees within the company, and at the same time actively feedback the Egyptian company's epidemic prevention work to the domestic headquarters. Secondly, the company strengthened its management, requiring all returning vacationers to suspend their return to Egypt, and at the same time requiring all personnel to prohibit contact with Chinese people from home, and Chinese personnel to prohibit all parties. Finally, the company purchased its own masks, infrared thermometers and other epidemic prevention materials, and actively cooperated with the management of the TEDA cooperation zone to measure the temperature of all employees entering the factory. Stop all visits by Chinese personnel.
"The TEDA Cooperation Zone, as the manager of all Chinese-funded enterprises, has done a very careful and serious job in dealing with the epidemic this time, and has done a very good job of isolating people returning to Egypt, dealing with false statements in the online media and positive energy propaganda, and has handled it in a very timely manner."
