China-Africa TEDA Selected in the First Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Industry Standardization Technical Committee

Recently, the inaugural meeting of the Industry Standardization Technical Committee of the Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone of the Ministry of Commerce and the first plenary meeting of the first committee were held at the Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce. Li Yongjun, Deputy Director of the Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Commerce, and Zhang Wei, Vice President of the Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce, attended the meeting.

The Industry Standardization Technical Committee of the Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone is responsible for the technical centralized work of industry standardization in the industrial parks established by Chinese-funded holding enterprises abroad, and organizes the formulation, revision and review of industry standards in the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone. The first Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Industry Standardization Technical Committee was elected with 25 members, mainly from government agencies, local commercial authorities, scientific research institutes, social organizations and enterprises in overseas economic and trade cooperation zones. Among them, there are 7 overseas economic and trade cooperation enterprises, including China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, Cambodia Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone, Thailand-China Rayong Industrial Park, China-Europe Trade and Logistics Cooperation Park, China-Indonesia Comprehensive Industrial Park Qingshan Park, China-Belarus Industrial Park, China-Belgium Science and Technology Park. Relying on 15 years of rich experience in the development and operation of the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, China-Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd. has been successfully selected as a member of the Industry Standardization Technical Committee of the first overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, and will actively cooperate with the work of the committee. to contribute to the standard construction of the national overseas economic and trade cooperation zone.
