The themed exchange event "Set Sail for the Future, Build Dreams of Excellence" was successfully held in the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone.

2024Year12 Month14 On the day of the event, a communication activity themed "Setting Sail for the Future, Building Dreams Together" grandly opened in the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, attracting widespread attention from all parties. This event was led by Lu Chunsheng, the cultural counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Egypt, and gathered enthusiastic participation from students and teachers from several Egyptian universities, including Cairo University, Ain Shams University, Suez Canal University, British University in Egypt, and Sadat Academy. The atmosphere on site was exceptionally lively. Attendees included Li Daixin, Chairman of China-Africa TEDA Investment Co., Xu Qifeng, Executive Director of TEDA Egypt Investment Company, and Guo Zheng, Manager of the Comprehensive Management Department of TEDA Egypt.

On the day of the event, Li Daixin, Chairman of the TEDA Cooperation Zone, warmly welcomed Lu Chunsheng and his delegation from the Chinese Embassy in Egypt. Xu Qifeng, Executive Director of TEDA Egypt Investment Company, provided a detailed introduction to the basic situation, development achievements, and future plans of the cooperation zone. Subsequently, Chairman Li Daixin and Executive Director Xu Qifeng accompanied the visiting guests to tour the TEDA Impression Exhibition Hall, where they comprehensively and thoroughly introduced the construction process of the cooperation zone and its key role and significant achievements in promoting China-Egypt economic cooperation and cultural exchange. The teachers and students listened attentively and were deeply impressed by the close and effective cooperation between China and Egypt in the economic and trade fields, profoundly realizing the positive and far-reaching impact brought by the friendly cooperative relationship between the two countries.

On the day of the event, the visiting guests toured the entire TEDA Cooperation Zone and visited the factory of Egypt Giant Stone Fiber, a key outstanding enterprise in the park, for learning and observation. The standardized management and professional technology of Chinese manufacturing received continuous praise from Chinese and Egyptian teachers and students.

Subsequently, at the TEDA Conference Hall on the first floor of the Comprehensive Service Center of the TEDA Cooperation Zone, the themed communication activity "Setting Sail for the Future, Building Dreams Together" was officially held.Lu Chunsheng, the cultural counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Egypt, attended the event and delivered a speech, highly praising and fully affirming the outstanding performance of the TEDA Cooperation Zone as a landmark project of the "Belt and Road" initiative. He pointed out: "Culture and language are important bridges connecting the hearts of people from different countries. I hope that through the platform of the 'TEDA Cooperation Zone', more Egyptian youth can gain a deeper understanding of Chinese culture, injecting new vitality into China-Egypt cooperation."

Subsequently, Li Daixin, Chairman of China-Africa TEDA, delivered a welcome speech, stating: As of now, the TEDA Cooperation Zone has attracted about180enterprises to settle in, attracting a total investment of over35billion US dollars, with a total output value reaching50billion US dollars, and has created nearly ten thousand direct jobs for Egypt.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The park is not only accelerating the development of industrial agglomeration but is also continuously exploring intelligent and modern transformation, committed to injecting new momentum into regional economic development. At the same time, the TEDA Cooperation Zone is deepening the multi-field linkage of culture, education, and industry, fully leveraging the role of overseas parks as a natural carrier and important tool for the "Belt and Road" initiative. During the event, representatives from various enterprises actively shared their experiences and prospects regarding China-Egypt cooperation and localized development. Shen Xiaodong, Deputy General Manager of Giant Stone Egypt, Ma Ye, Vice Chairman of New Casting Pipe, Duan Suliang, General Manager of China Glass Egypt, and Su Benta, General Manager of Kaimidi, among other representatives, took the stage to introduce their companies and announce recruitment needs.
