The participation of the China-North Africa International Education Innovation Alliance further provided strong support for the training and introduction of transnational talents. The meeting focused on how to strengthen the linkage between enterprises and educational institutions through the resources of the alliance, and promote the training and recruitment of international talents.
Xu Qifeng pointed out that talents are the core of promoting the high-quality development of enterprises, and the TEDA Cooperation Zone has always been committed to providing high-quality talent services for enterprises entering the zone. In the future, TEDA will continue to work closely with the China-North Africa International Education Innovation Alliance to establish a more complete training mechanism and recruitment channels to help companies improve their human resource management and promote the rapid development of enterprises in the zone.
This symposium provided a platform for enterprises entering the zone to discuss talent strategies in depth, and also laid a solid foundation for future talent training and recruitment in the cooperation zone. The TEDA Cooperation Zone will continue to improve its soft service capabilities, create a better operating environment for enterprises, and help the economic cooperation and industrial development between China and Egypt.
