Teda war "epidemic" | they run after the sun

When the first ray of sunshine in the morning passed through the clouds and sprinkled on the TEDA Cooperation Zone, the "oasis" in the desert, a group of people were taking vigorous steps and sweating to welcome the dawn of a new day.
This is a fitness activity organized by the park during the epidemic, which aims to help people strengthen their physical resistance through moderate physical exercise.
The activity was initiated by Chairman Liu Aimin, and then Chinese and Egyptian employees joined in succession. The team gradually grew. So far, more than 10 TEDA employees and business partners in the district have insisted on daily exercise, once in the morning and once in the evening.
Talking about the original intention of sports, Liu, a former long-distance runner, said that basic physical exercises such as running can not only improve the body's immunity, but also stimulate everyone's high spirits, especially during the epidemic, physical and mental strength is indispensable.
Recently affected by the social isolation of the epidemic, many people have reduced outdoor sports. To this end, the experts have repeatedly stressed the importance of maintaining physical activity to enhance the body's immunity against the epidemic. Zhang Wenhong, director of the Department of Infectious Diseases at Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, said in an interview a few days ago that "in an open environment or in a well-ventilated indoor venue, even if it is a team sport, it is not a big problem". The outdoor jogging in the TEDA Cooperation Zone fits the expert's point of view.
In addition to running, some Chinese and Egyptian employees also choose to walk, jump rope, kick shuttlecock and other ways to exercise and relax according to their physical conditions and sports hobbies.
Movement is not only the rhythm of the body, but also the exchange of ideas. During the exercise, Liu was always willing to share his experience in traditional Chinese medicine and health care. Young employees were keen to discuss current affairs. Zhang, who was in his late twenties, preferred to practice a few Beijing operas while walking. By chance, he also met the ticket holders in the park......
Against the backdrop of the setting sun, colleagues who have finished a busy day of work get together again to encourage each other and work together. They are the defenders walking in the park, holding the position of Sino-Egyptian cooperation in the fight against the epidemic; they are the watchers running in the park, watching the oasis of Sino-Egyptian production capacity cooperation.
