On February 25, China-Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as China-Africa TEDA) and Qixing Haicheng Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Qixing Haicheng) successfully signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation in the "cloud" through a video connection.
