Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone ("TEDA Cooperation Zone") has actively implemented the epidemic prevention deployment of the local government and the embassy in Egypt, and has worked with the local government, the embassy in Egypt, and enterprises entering the zone to help each other. Work together to fight the new crown epidemic, effectively serve the enterprises entering the zone, protect the lives and health of Chinese and Egyptian personnel, and achieve initial results in epidemic prevention. At the same time, in order to actively promote the new crown vaccination work in the TEDA Cooperation Zone, to ensure that the investment enterprises in the park to achieve the new crown vaccine "should be planted", to build a solid immune barrier, to protect the health of the park in the Chinese and Egyptian employees, TEDA Cooperation Zone to promote coordination between the Egyptian government, the embassy in Egypt, for the park in the Chinese and Egyptian personnel vaccination channels to open up vaccination.
After unremitting efforts, the TEDA Cooperation Zone organized and coordinated the Suez government to donate 2600 doses of Sinovac vaccine free of charge to the Chinese and Ethiopians in the TEDA Cooperation Zone on August 17, 2021. After receiving the news, the TEDA Cooperation Zone took the lead in actively contacting the enterprises entering the zone, organizing a total of 25 enterprises entering the zone and 2600 employees from China and Ethiopia to carry out vaccination in batches on August 19. In accordance with the principle of "should receive as much as possible", strengthen responsibility, fully implement the orderly implementation of the new coronary pneumonia vaccination work for employees of enterprises entering the district, effectively reduce the risk of employee infection, and provide a strong guarantee for the life, health and safety of employees.
