On the afternoon of January 18, the China-Thailand Investment Cooperation Seminar co-sponsored by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products and the Thailand-China Business Commission was held in the form of "offline conference live broadcast" for the business communities of the two countries. Liu Aimin, chairman of China Africa TEDA Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Africa TEDA") and Tianjin TEDA Park Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TEDA District Management"), was invited to attend.

During the meeting, Chairman Liu Aimin delivered a speech on new opportunities for cooperation in the field of Sino-Thai Park. Taking the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as the TEDA Cooperation Zone) as an example, he explained in detail the important role of the industrial park in promoting the industrialization process of the host country and the development of bilateral economic and trade relations, and fully demonstrated the development potential of TEDA's overseas model And advantages. He said that China and Thailand use industrial parks as a starting point and platform, and through a win-win model of joint discussion and joint construction, it is bound to greatly promote economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. In 2021, China-Africa TEDA, as a representative of China's overseas parks, became one of the member units of the CICA Industrialists Committee, and is currently actively promoting the establishment of a cooperation mechanism for industrial parks in CICA member countries. Thailand is an important member of CICA. We are willing to provide assistance for the cooperation of industrial parks between China and Thailand, share the experience of the park and provide intellectual support.

At this meeting, representatives of research institutions such as Chulalongkorn University in Thailand, China Power Construction, CITIC Construction, Trina Light Energy, Tenghui Technology, Thai-Chinese Luo Yong, Pangu Bank, Bank of China and other enterprises also introduced and interpreted Thailand's latest investment and business environment, relevant preferential policies, investment experience and key projects. Representatives of enterprises, financial institutions and industry organizations from China listened to the live broadcast of the meeting online, and had a warm exchange and interaction with Thailand.
