TEDA Cooperation Zone Invited to Attend BT100 Annual Ceremony

On the evening of May 25, local time, the "BT100" annual event, the most important and largest event in the Egyptian business and financial circles, was grandly held in Cairo. Nearly 100 political leaders, including the Egyptian Minister of Finance, the Minister of Investment and International Cooperation, the Chairman of the Central Bank, the Egyptian Minister of Tourism, and members of the Egyptian Senate and the Egyptian House of Representatives, attended the event. Egypt TEDA Investment Company, the Egyptian operating company of the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (TEDA Cooperation Zone), was invited to participate as the winner of the 2020 "BT100" Best International Business Award.

During the event, Ms. Hend Fathy, head of the media of the General Administration of the Suez Canal Economic Zone in Egypt, expressed her appreciation for the contribution of the TEDA Cooperation Zone to promoting local industrial development, solving local employment, and promoting the sustainable development of Egypt.

This year's "BT100" annual ceremony received strong support from Egyptian Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli, and senior officials from many government agencies and financial sectors attended. In addition, outstanding companies in the fields of financial services, banking, real estate, communications and information technology, healthcare and industry, including Teda Egypt, Talaat Moustafa Group, Hyde Park, Vodafone Egypt, Philip Morris Egypt, Pfizer Egypt, LG Electronics Egypt, AstraZeneca Egypt, Telecom Egypt, Nestle Egypt, Germany-Lebanon, etc., also participated in the event.
