In order to help Chinese and Egyptian employees of enterprises entering the zone to break the cultural barriers, quickly integrate into the team, help enterprises improve management efficiency and strengthen market competitiveness, the customer service department of China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as "TEDA Cooperation Zone") entered the enterprise to understand the problems of the enterprise in company management and employee psychological construction. On the basis of research, TEDA Cooperation Zone held a series of special lectures on Egyptian culture and enterprise management on August 16, and invited Mr. Shan Yuntao, secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, and Mr. Sun Wei, a senior human resources evaluator, to give lectures to answer questions for enterprises entering the zone. Representatives of 22 enterprises entering the region, including Jushi Group, Fengshang Group, Yanjiang Co., Ltd., Hengshi Company, Zhenshi Huamei, Hengtong Optoelectronics, Dayun Locomotive and Leichu Knitting, attended the lecture.

In the lecture, Mr. Shan Yuntao vividly answered questions such as "how to integrate Chinese corporate culture into Egyptian enterprise management" and "how to establish effective communication with local Egyptian employees" on Egyptian customs, corporate culture, employee psychological construction and public relations, as well as classic cases such as "cultural strange phenomena encountered in Egypt" and "general psychology of Egyptians. Teacher Sun Wei gave a detailed explanation on corporate public relations and human resources and other related topics, so that the enterprises in the zone deeply realized the knowledge of corporate human resource management with Egyptian local characteristics.

After the lecture, representatives of Yanjiang Co., Ltd., Lei Chu Knitting and Yuanrun Textile and other enterprises entering the zone had in-depth discussions with the lecturers on "how to effectively reduce the turnover rate of local employees" and "how to strengthen the loyalty of local employees" and other related issues, so that the problems presented as diversified solutions and schemes.

With the normalization of the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic in Egypt, the number of Chinese enterprises visiting Egypt to study and invest is increasing. This lecture will lay a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of the internal management of Chinese enterprises that have invested and will invest in Egypt, which will help Chinese enterprises to take root in Egypt and deepen territorial management.
