On October 20, the signing ceremony of the memorandum of strategic cooperation between Tianjin Zhongsha Taida Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongsha Taida) and Aguilan Brothers Holding Group was held at the headquarters of Aguilan Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Liu Aimin, Chairman of China-Africa TEDA and China-Saudi TEDA, and Ali El Hazmi, CEO of Aguilan Brothers Holding Group, signed the memorandum of cooperation on behalf of both parties.
At the negotiation meeting held before the signing ceremony, Mr. Mohamed El Aguilan, Vice Chairman of Aguilan Holding Group and Chairman of the Saudi-China Business Council, highly appreciated TEDA's outstanding achievements in the field of industrial parks and expressed the hope On the basis of the existing cooperation business between the two parties, it is required to further deepen cooperation in the exclusive and expanded areas of the Saudi Industrial Park. He said that in recent years, Sino-Saudi relations have maintained steady and rapid development, and the Aguilan Brothers Group has always been committed to promoting economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. At present, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched a 2030 vision to provide support policies for the realization of non-oil economic development and national industrialization, and improve the business environment. Saudi Arabia has also generated a large number of investment opportunities. It looks forward to forming a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with TEDA to help Saudi Arabia attract investment.
Chairman Liu Aimin said that Aguilan is a model company for promoting cooperation between Saudi Arabia and China and is well-known in the business circles of China and Saudi Arabia. TEDA has been deeply engaged in the comprehensive development of urban areas for many years, and has been highly recognized by the central to local levels of the country and the country in which it is located. It has integrated more than 40 years of rich experience in China (Tianjin Development Zone) and more than 20 years in foreign countries (Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone in Egypt), and has formed a unique industrial city development theory-the Flying Goose Model. TEDA is willing to deepen practical cooperation between the two sides and expand to the field of industrial parks.
Subsequently, CEO Ali expressed approval for the flying goose model. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia has recently announced its national industrial strategy, which will provide domestic and foreign companies with industrial investment opportunities worth more than 1 trillion riyals (about 1.92 trillion yuan). I hope to cooperate with TEDA in the fields of heavy industrial parks, high-tech parks, industrial incubation (standard factory buildings), petrochemicals, oil and gas equipment, marine chemicals, new energy vehicles, food, medicine, etc. The cooperation area is not limited to NEOM New City, Yanbuhe The areas under the jurisdiction of the Royal Commission of Jubail and MODON believe that the integration of the endowment resources of both parties will surely achieve remarkable results.
According to the memorandum, the two sides will fully integrate industrial and strategic resources and reach in-depth cooperation in the development of the park.
